RAVENNA NEIGHBORHOOD, SEATTLE WASHINGTON
We remodeled the main floor to widen door openings, widen the hallway, and put in a ADA compliant bathroom with curbless shower. Included in this remodel we excavated a portion of the existing crawl space to extend the basement level to allow us to relocate the staircase and make it code compliant. The kitchen was updated, all knob & tube electrical was replaced, plumbing waste and water lines were updated, new lower-level bathroom and storage. The remaining crawl space was insulated to become conditioned space, including an insulated concrete slab.
