This home was in the family for 50 years before it was rebuilt to accommodate multi-generational living. The new home was updated for the main residence to support a young family with an ADU in the lower level. The new home maintains many of the favorite elements of the previous home. The extra-large corner lot incorporated exposed concrete retaining walls to replace the aging timber retaining walls to allow for a large side yard.
